BetQQ Terms and Conditions — Rules, Policies & Fair Use

Welcome to BetQQ. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that apply to your access and use of the BetQQ platform, including the website at betqq.vu, the BetQQ mobile application, and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, and any promotional offers made available to registered players.

BetQQ is an online betting and casino platform designed specifically for Pakistani players, offering sports wagering on cricket, PSL, football, esports, and a wide range of casino and slots products — all transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and accessible through payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on BetQQ, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. You also confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below.

These Terms should be read alongside BetQQ's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and BetQQ.

To register and use BetQQ you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BetQQ is strictly an adults-only platform and underage access is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. BetQQ may request supporting documents to verify your identity, age, or payment details at any point.
• You must not already hold an existing BetQQ account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list that you have previously requested through BetQQ's responsible gaming tools.

BetQQ reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend and close any account where it has reason to believe the eligibility conditions have not been met, without being obliged to provide a detailed explanation.

During registration you will be asked to provide a valid username, password, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. BetQQ will not be held responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Your BetQQ account is personal to you. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. BetQQ strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact BetQQ support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

BetQQ reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where it identifies unusual activity, suspected security breaches, suspected fraud, or any conduct that is inconsistent with these Terms. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, deposits held in the wallet will be retained until the investigation is complete. If no wrongdoing is identified, the balance will be released or returned to the player.

Players are not permitted to transfer, sell, or assign their BetQQ account or any balance held within it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will be treated as a breach of these Terms and the account will be closed.

BetQQ may contact you using the email address or phone number provided during registration to communicate important account information, security notices, or updates to these Terms. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current and to check communications from BetQQ in a timely manner.

All deposits to your BetQQ wallet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BetQQ does not apply currency conversion fees and does not hold balances in any foreign currency. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your betting wallet.

BetQQ currently supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet deposit
• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet deposit
• Raast — Pakistan's instant payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank transfer in PKR
• Debit/Credit Cards and other supported mobile wallets

Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction may apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your account. BetQQ does not charge a deposit fee, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — these are entirely outside BetQQ's control.

All funds deposited to BetQQ must originate from a payment method that belongs to you personally. Deposits made using third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your account and the return or forfeiture of the deposited amount.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method associated with your BetQQ account. BetQQ aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the withdrawal method and any verification requirements applicable to your account.

• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, as part of BetQQ's anti-money-laundering procedures.
• BetQQ may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account.
• Bonus funds that are subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully met.
• BetQQ does not deduct a withdrawal fee on its end. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider for receiving the payment are outside BetQQ's control.

BetQQ reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and given an opportunity to respond before any final decision is made regarding their balance.

BetQQ offers pre-match and live in-play betting across cricket (including PSL, Pakistan internationals, and T20 tournaments), football, tennis, basketball, esports, and more than two dozen additional sports disciplines. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are placed in PKR and winnings are credited to your BetQQ wallet in PKR.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. BetQQ reserves the right to update odds for future events at any time. The odds shown at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In the event of a match cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, BetQQ's settlement rules for that specific market will apply. In most cases, bets on abandoned events are voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for cricket and PSL events are displayed within the relevant market.
• BetQQ reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a palpable error in odds has occurred — for example, where odds were published incorrectly due to a technical fault.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day may apply. These limits are communicated within the betting interface and may vary by sport and market type.
• Live in-play betting is subject to brief delays between the live event and the platform's data feed. BetQQ does not accept liability for bets placed based on information obtained through channels faster than its official data feed.

BetQQ's cricket coverage — including PSL, Pakistan's home and away internationals, and T20 competitions — includes in-play markets such as next wicket method, over totals, and session betting. Specific rules for these markets are available within each event listing.

BetQQ's casino section includes slots, live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and game show titles), and other RNG-based games. The following rules apply to casino and slots play on the platform:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or certified live dealing, depending on the game type. The outcome of each game round is independent of previous rounds.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slots and casino titles are provided by the respective game providers. BetQQ makes this information available within each game's help section where the provider makes it available.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface before you place a wager.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round, BetQQ's system will attempt to complete the round automatically according to the game's standard logic. If this is not possible, the stake for the incomplete round will be returned to the player's wallet.
• Live casino games are streamed from professional studio environments and are subject to the house rules of the respective game variant in play, which are displayed within the game interface.

Casino and slots games are provided for entertainment purposes. BetQQ encourages all players to set a personal PKR session budget before starting any casino session and to use the deposit limit tools available in their account settings.

BetQQ may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback promotions, or other promotional offers to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all BetQQ promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or sports, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are published with each offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible contributions by game type are specified per promotion.
• BetQQ reserves the right to cancel a bonus and associated winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: placing only low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• BetQQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with notification provided where reasonably practicable.
• Bonuses have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met and may not be transferred to another player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on BetQQ and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of balances where BetQQ determines that a breach has occurred:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical faults in the platform to gain an advantage. Any such advantage must be reported to BetQQ support immediately. Winnings derived from exploited errors may be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of bets or casino games.
• Money laundering or using BetQQ for any financial transaction unrelated to legitimate betting and gaming activity.
• Depositing funds through payment accounts that do not belong to you personally.
• Systematic arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies specifically designed to remove the house's risk at BetQQ's expense.

BetQQ uses monitoring technology and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is initiated, BetQQ will communicate with the player through their registered contact details. Players have the right to provide their account of events before a final decision is made, except where immediate suspension is required for platform security reasons.

BetQQ collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with BetQQ and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how BetQQ handles your personal information.

Key points regarding data and privacy:

• BetQQ collects only the data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors and identity verification providers strictly as required to deliver BetQQ's services.
• BetQQ uses industry-standard security measures to protect your data and financial information. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you should take your own precautions with your login credentials.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data BetQQ holds about you and to request corrections to inaccurate data by contacting BetQQ support.

BetQQ is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting and casino environment. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at no cost from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit to your BetQQ account. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a timer that notifies you when you have been active on the platform for a set period of time, helping you maintain awareness of how long you have been playing.

BetQQ provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times. To the fullest extent permitted, BetQQ's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited as follows:

• BetQQ is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, even if BetQQ has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• BetQQ's total liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the real-money balance held in your BetQQ account at the time of the incident.
• BetQQ is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service interruptions that affect your access to the platform or your ability to place or manage bets.
• BetQQ makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any bet or casino game. All betting and gaming activities involve financial risk and outcomes are never certain.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits BetQQ's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

BetQQ reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BetQQ will notify registered players through their registered contact details or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of BetQQ following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request the closure of your account. Any bets or wagers already confirmed at the time of an update will be settled under the Terms in effect at the time those bets were placed.
